The Lifestyle Perfection
The Motivation Center and The Lifestyle Perfection co-hosted an international youth-led workshop about burnout and networking named Ataraxia: Preventing Burnout. Over the course of these two days, attendees learned from informative presentations, engaged in thought-provoking conversation, and gained helpful resources to promote healthy productivity.
The first day of this youth-led workshop focused on a presentation regarding burnout, self-care techniques, and maintaining a positive, balanced lifestyle. The session concluded with a Q&A period, allowing attendees to ask questions and clarify any doubts they had.
The second day of the webinar consisted of a presentation on networking. Participants had the chance to network with individuals from around the world, covering fields such as medicine, computer science/engineering, business/marketing, and the liberal arts.
After the webinar, attendees were given resources and optional offline activities to complete!
- Kahoot: self-paced, interactive game with questions to review the content from our presentations
- List of Books + Podcasts: hand-selected books and podcasts to help attendees learn more beyond the workshop and increase their productivity
- 2023 Planner: hand-created planner for the first half of 2023 with weekly journaling prompts and motivational quotes to encourage self-reflection and goal setting
Because our organization is focused on writing and student led perspectives, we hosted a writing competition as a conclusion to the event. We encouraged our followers to share their thoughts on self-care, the education system, and mental health through writing. We received a total of 10 submissions from various countries, and after careful consideration, we selected two winners from India and Vietnam.

These winning entries were published on our website and social media platforms, providing a platform for these talented writers to share their work with a wider audience!
Overall, the collaboration was a huge success. Over 50 people signed up for the workshop, and we were able to distribute $50 in prizes to various participants. The positive feedback we received from attendees was particularly gratifying. It was heartening to see how the workshop and associated activities were able to bring together individuals from diverse backgrounds and provide them with valuable resources to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Our organization was founded for this very reason, so we thank you all for the opportunity to accomplish our goals!
